Display Commands - Modify Display

AD/NAD   Select/deselect columns to be dispkayed
CA       Close Display File after user input
CAP      Convert lowercase to uppercase
DA/NDA   Data access routine on/off
DL       or EL, DW  : Display full record
NDL      or ELO, DS : Display 80 byte segments of records
H/NH     or HEX/HEXO: Display hexadecimal/alphanumeric
HEXC/NHEXC            : Column numbers hexadecimal/decimal
KDO/NKDO Keep current Display options for another file
LOW      Retain lowercase
LST      Terminate Display mode
N/NN     Display / do not display record numbers
On       Specify offset for display (e.g. O-4 = display rec. length)
PAM/NPAM Enable / disable display in PAM format
PK /NPK  in PAM mode: enable / disable PAM key display
SC /SCO  or  OL/NOL: ruler on / off
SR /NSR  Single Record Mode on / off
